This is my second FO as far as garments go. It’s Gay Schiff’s Sassymetrical. I’m really pleased!!! The pattern is for one size only and it’s pretty small. I’ll definitely make one again some time, with longer sleeves and wider front panels so I can close up it in different ways with a pin.
You can see my Ravelry page on it here.
Pattern: Sassymetrical
Needle: US 8 / 5.0 mm
Yarn: Cascade 220 Heathers (2 skeins)
Modifications: I did the same number of decreases on the sleeve but did it as follows (it made more sense to me):
row 5 – k3, ssk, k3, k2tog, k3, k2tog, k2.
row 6 – k3, ssk, k2, k2tog, k1, k2tog, k2.

Ya know when you said crocheted flower I was a little hesitant but those pics are proof that you can pull anything off. It really looks great and the flower is peeeerfect!
Will we be seeing you in a knit on sunday?? 🙂
Ha! I’m NOT a crocheted flower person but it was all I could think of. I’m glad it worked out too!
Thanks Kell!
Very nice cardi. I like the way it looks on you and the flower spices it up a bit. Good job!

A photographer in the making, she did a lovely shoot! The sweater is sassy indeed – I love it and your sweet little flower closure too!
That is a totally cute cardi! Looks fabulous on you.
With a name like ‘Sassymetrical’, how can you go wrong? Love that Cascade 220 Heathers!
This is super-pretty on you! I absolutely love the colour.
Wow, good job. I hope to be as good as you someday.
